Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
- Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags intact.
- Balochi dresses customized on request are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll provide further instructions.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- SNS Fashion will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Clearance or sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- Any items returned in a used or damaged condition will not be accepted.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
