Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

 

  • Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags intact.
  • Balochi dresses customized on request are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

  • Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for exchange.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll provide further instructions.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • SNS Fashion will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Clearance or sale items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Any items returned in a used or damaged condition will not be accepted.
